Robert S. Morter

Bob Morter was born and raised in Galveston, Texas, and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and later, South Texas College of Law. He has been a practicing attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia for over 20 years, representing clients in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Hodge Firm, his work was primarily in the area of healthcare law but also included personal injury, commercial litigation, administrative practice and alternative dispute resolution. Having handled a multitude of contested matters over the years, he is skilled in case evaluation and has significant experience advocating for his clients before judges, juries, administrative tribunals and mediators.
